Terms of Use

Users, in using this service, must not engage in the following activities, businesses, or actions:\n(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.\n(2) Acts related to criminal activities, illegal activities, or encouragement of such activities.\n(3) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of this service.\n(4) Acts that may interfere with the operation of this service or cause disruptions to the system.\n(5) Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users.\n(6) Acts of impersonating other users.\n(7) Acts directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with this service.\n(8) Acts that damage the rights, interests, privacy, honor, etc., of this service, other users, or third parties, or\n acts that may cause other harm.\n(9) Illegal businesses such as pyramid schemes, illegal multi-level marketing, and similar activities.\n(10) Acts that violate laws such as pharmaceutical laws and prize display laws.\n(11) Any other acts deemed inappropriate by this service.\n(12) Analytical activities, such as reverse engineering (analyzing software or programs to obtain technical\n information).\n\nThe service provider may, without prior notice, suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the service if\n it determines any of the following reasons:\n(1) To conduct maintenance or updates on the computer system of this service.\n(2) In the event of force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters, making\n it difficult to provide the service.\n(3) If the computer or communication lines are stopped due to accidents.\n(4) In any other case where this service deems the provision of the service difficult.\n\nThe service provider shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties due to\n the suspension or interruption of the service.\n\nThe service provider's liability for breach of contract shall be exempted if it is not due to intentional or gross\n negligence. Therefore,\n users are responsible for storing their data. The service shall not be responsible for erased data.\n\nThe rights to data generated by users belong to the users.\n\nThe service may change these terms and conditions at any time without notifying users.\n\nNotifications or communications between users and the service shall be made through the methods specified by the\n service.\n\nUsers may not transfer or pledge their status under the service agreement or rights or obligations based on these\n terms and conditions to third parties without the prior written consent of the service.\n\nThe interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute related\n to the service, the court with jurisdiction over the address of the service shall have exclusive jurisdiction.\n\nUsers declare and guarantee the following to the service:\n\nCurrently, neither the user nor the user's officers, employees, agents, or other employees are members of organized\n crime groups, those who have not passed five years since ceasing to be members of organized crime groups,\n quasi-members of organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, bouncers, social movement\n hoodlums, or special intelligence violent groups, and they will not be such in the future.\n\nThe user and those currently or in the future associated with the user do not fall under any of the following with\n relation to antisocial forces or those closely related to antisocial forces:\n(1) Being controlled by antisocial forces in their management.\n(2) Having substantial involvement in the management by antisocial forces.\n(3) Providing funds or other benefits to antisocial forces or giving them conveniences.\n(4) Using antisocial forces for the purpose of gaining unfair profits or causing damage to third parties.\n(5) Other socially condemned relationships with antisocial forces.\n\nThe user guarantees not to engage in the following acts, either personally or through third parties:\n(1) Violent requests.\n(2) Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility.\n(3) Acts of using threatening behavior or violence in transactions.\n(4) Acts of spreading rumors, damaging the credibility of this service and affiliated advertisers using deceit or\n force, and obstructing business.\n(5) Acts of using the name of antisocial forces.\n(6) Other acts similar to the above.\n\nIf the service reasonably determines that the user has violated any of the above in the first two paragraphs,\n regardless of other provisions, the service may immediately terminate all or part of the contract without any\n notice, warning, or provision of performance of its own obligations.\n\nIf damage occurs to the service due to the preceding paragraph, the user shall compensate the service for the damage\n and pay all legal fees and other expenses (including consumption tax) incurred for the resolution of the matter.\n\n**Privacy Policy:**\n\nThe term personal information in the privacy information refers to personal information as defined in the\n Personal Information Protection Act, referring to information about a living individual, including the individual's\n name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact information, and other descriptions that can identify a specific\n individual.
